We reserve the right to update our product range, pricing, promotions and availability at any time.

Hair colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and individual screen or device settings.

3. ORDERS
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by STYLDHOUSE.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be successfully completed at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website.
Where a third-party payment provider or Buy Now Pay Later service is used, additional terms and eligibility requirements from that provider may apply.
5. SHIPPING & LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer shipping within Australia, subject to the delivery options available at checkout.
Eligible customers within our designated local delivery area may also be offered local delivery at checkout.
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
For hygiene reasons, change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for hair extensions or hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, altered or used.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
7. STOCK AVAILABILITY
Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve stock.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include a replacement, store credit where agreed, or refund.
8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including expiry dates, minimum spends or product exclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
